Internet Orders & Delivery
Most of our products are priced to include delivery so the price you see is the price you pay. However, some locations will require a delivery surcharge. This mainly applies to remote areas such as Northern Scotland. Where there is a surcharge, this will be clearly indicated within the product description. Delivery times vary from 7-21 days dependant upon the product(s) chosen although these times may be extended for remote areas or due to other circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will always contact you to advise if the delivery time is likely to be longer than this.
Deliveries of our patio kits, decking kits, aggregates, buildings and garden structures are shipped to you direct from our suppliers who will contact you direct to arrange delivery. These deliveries will be made by lorry and to nearest kerbside or hard-standing area only. If delivery of the items is likely to cause a problem e.g. narrow road, parked cars, parking or other access restrictions please advise us in advance of the delivery taking place.
Neither we nor our suppliers will accept any risk howsoever caused by the delivery vehicle leaving the public roads in order to deliver goods and written instructions by you accepting any risks will be required by you prior to any departure from their delivery procedures.
In the event that delivery cannot be made, you may be required to pay an additional cost before any re-delivery can be arranged. All deliveries must be checked and signed for therefore our suppliers and drivers are not authorised to leave goods without obtaining a signature.
Smaller items will be despatched by courier and will normally arrive within 3 working days (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) unless otherwise stated in the product description or as notified by us
